Entry configurations (backpack + essential devices + software platform) start from €3,000 — making MedConnect one of the most accessible full clinical telehealth solutions available. A fully equipped cart with 20+ CE-certified devices (12-lead ECG, connected stethoscope, vital signs monitor, dermatoscope, bio-analyzer) and the integrated platform (AI medical scribe, specialist referral network, electronic prescriptions) is a higher investment. Yes — every quote is tailored to your region, local currency, deployment volume, and public or private context. Entry hardware pricing starts from €3,000 globally. Can MedConnect be deployed on-premise?
Yes. Unlike most telehealth platforms, MedConnect offers full on-premise deployment — the entire platform runs within your own infrastructure, with no mandatory cloud dependency. This is critical for governments and Ministries of Health requiring local data residency. The platform is ISO 27001:2022 and HDS certified — exceeding most national healthcare data standards.
How long does deployment take?
From contract signature to operational center: 2–4 weeks for standard deployments. This includes hardware delivery and installation, platform configuration, and clinical staff training. Large-scale national deployments follow a phased timeline agreed with the client. MedConnect is already deployed across 5 countries including Saudi Arabia (Ministry of Health), New Caledonia, and Ivory Coast.
What support is included after deployment?
All deployments include a 3-tier technical support structure with a guaranteed 4-hour response time for critical incidents. Software updates are delivered over-the-air via the MedConnect Hub. On-site support and additional training sessions are available. Our team includes clinical deployment specialists for international programs.
